Simple, quarter ownership splits the title into four quarters, enabling four different parties to own a quarter interest of the property. You will receive a deeded title for each quarter of the home you purchase which you can sell, mortgage, rent or leave to your estate without affecting other owners. So how does Quarter Ownership Work?
