Investment Process

An initial, fully refundable, deposit of $5000 is required to secure your property. In the days following, it should be the purchaser's responsibility to do his/her due diligence, possible site inspection, obtain legal and financial advice, and review the disclosure statement. Within 7-21 days all subjects need to be removed and the deposit increased to 10% of the purchase price. Complete payment of the property is not required until the possession date.

Safe Investment

In Canada, the purchase of a property is strongly regulated to protect the purchaser. By law, all relevant information related to the project is disclosed by the developer or realtor in the form of a Disclosure Statement. A lawyer holds all of the purchaser’s funds in trust until the time of closing. In essence, the purchaser’s money is protected and the developer cannot use the funds for the building. The developer and/or vendor pay the realtor’s commission. All Pinnacle Ridge Properties come with a comprehensive warranty program, again to protect the consumer and ensure the longevity of your investment.
