Strong Interest from UK buyers

John Paone (the developer) and sales team members raised the profile of Pinnacle Ridge Resort and Fernie, BC during their recent trip to the UK. By participating in two shows in London and Manchester, many UK residents became keenly aware of the investment potential of Pinnacle Ridge’s Chalet homes. Many have made plans to visit Pinnacle Ridge in the near future and experience what everyone has been talking about.
With the first phase of the development sold out – over 50% of the owners came from the UK. Three of these owners are now moving to British Columbia as permanent residents. On our visit to the UK, we were hosted by many of our owners at Pinnacle Ridge. We were wined and dined and thoroughly enjoyed our time and hearing stories about their time at Pinnacle Ridge, in Fernie and throughout British Columbia. Some of our owners are so enthused with the opportunity to own in Fernie that they have offered their time to speak to others interested in making a purchase or move overseas.
